Day 1 | May 5 – Athens
Welcome to Athens, the historical capital of Europe. Welcome to the birthplace of democracy, arts, science and philosophy of western civilisation. Home of Plato, Socrates, Pericles, Euripides, Sophocles, Aeschylus. Athens is one of the world’s oldest cities. It’s recorded history spanning around 3.400 years and it has been inhabited since the 11th millennium B.C. E. Today, under the shadow of Parthenon, the contemporary urban scenery of the sprawling city reflects its exciting history, its multi- cultural modern personality as well as the infrastructure and facilities.
Arrive at Athens airport where you will be met by our local representative – Transfer to your hotel in Athens.

Day 2 | May 6 – Athens (B, D)
Today we visit the most famous of the Athenian sights: The Acropolis. The sacred rock of the ancient city is an extraordinary place, a natural feature crowned by a series of ancient temples, superb monuments that stand witness to the stupendous creative genius and the superb technical skill of Classical Athens. The most famous among them, the Parthenon, is unique in its perfect proportions and architectural refinements. We then continue our exploration in the Acropolis Museum, home to the sensational finds from the Acropolis itself. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore Plaka, the picturesque old part of the city, for a walk and some shopping.
In the evening meet our representative and walk through Plaka (approx. 15-20min walk) to a local tavern where you will enjoy dinner with live music and Greek folk dances.

Day 3 | May 7 – Kalambaka (B, D)
Kalabaka (also spelled Kalambaka or Kalampaka) town has a population of 12,000 citizens and is situated on the foothills of an extraordinary geological phenomenon, the giant cliffs of Meteora. For thousands of years, people found refuge on the steep cliffs of Meteora and in the surrounding area. An ideal place to survive since people would be able to find clean water, an abundance of food sources, and shelter. In prehistory, the oldest known human settlement in the area dates back to 130,000 years and was found in the prehistoric cave of Theopetra. Just 4km away from the modern town of Kalabaka.
Today we depart Athens and drive to Kalambaka passing the monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae. Driving up to Meteora, see the shallow caves, occupied by hermits in the 11th century. Upon arrival in Kalambaka, if time allows, we can visit 1 monastery. Dinner this evening with your group.

Day 4 | May 8 – Delphi (B, D)
In the morning visit a Meteora Monastery and after lunch drive to Delphi. Free time for lunch and then drive to Delphi.Dinner this evening with your group.

Day 5 | May 9 - Mykonos (B)
Morning visit of Delphi. In Greek Mythology Delphi was the center of the Earth. Immortalized by the Oracle, Delphi is rich with attractions, including the Archaeological Museum and the ancient city, with its stadium and theatre. On the southern slope of Mount Parnassos, Delphi signifies one of the most respected holy lands of ancient Greece. Legend has it that Zeus released two eagles flying in opposite directions around the earth and declared the point where they met as the Center of the Earth. Delphi was built exactly at this spot, and the famous Omfalos (belly button) sculpture commemorates the fact. Return to Athens in time to catch the afternoon ferry to Mykonos (Piraeus or Rafina port). Arrive in Mykonos (10:15pm) and transfer to your hotel.

Day 6 | May 10 - Mykonos (B)
Half day Mykonos island tour: The tour of the island will start with a visit to the capital of Mykonos, Ano Mera.
The big square in the middle of the village with all traditional café and restaurants and the big marble fountain, the Monastery of Panagia Tourliani with the unique icon of holy Mary, makes Ano Mera the most attractive and traditional village of Mykonos. We continue our drive to some of the most famous beaches of the island. On the way back we will explore the labyrinth of Mykonos port town with famous Windmills, Little Venice, and Paraportiani church. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight Mykonos.

Day 7 | May 11 – Mykonos (B)
Today is a day of leisure – relax and enjoy!
Day 8 | May 12 – Santorini (B)
Transfer to the port and embarkation on the hydrofoil to Santorini. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Santorini.

Day 9 | May 13 – Santorini (B)
Today we'll enjoy a Tour of Santorini with wine tasting. We'll pass by the most famous villages of Santorini like Profitis Ilias (the highest point on the island), Pyrgos which is a hidden gem with traditional typical houses and blue-domed church, Perissa Beach, also known as Black Beach. Take the opportunity to taste local Santorini wine, one of the most famous products of the island. Learn about the winemaking process and enjoy a private wine tasting session of local wines. We'll then drive to Akrotiri where we'll visit the archaeological site. Walk along the edges of the city and discover the other side of this iconic island. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 10 | May 14 – Santorini (B)
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon transfer to Oia, world famous for its spectacular sunsets. The cascade of whitewashed buildings, dotted with windmills and blue dome churches, form a stunning backdrop. Return to your hotel after sunset. Overnight in Santorini fine line of sophisticated elegance amongst medieval castles and cathedrals. The evening is at leisure.

Day 11- | May 15 - Nafplion (B)
Flight Santorini to Athens (included). Meet your guide/driver and transfer to Nafplion passing from the Corinth Canal.Nafplion was the first Greek capital and it is considered to be on the most beautiful and romantic cities of Greece, overnight in Nafplion.

Day 12- | May 16 - Nafplion (B)
Today we'll visit the theater of Epidaurus which is famous for its astonishing acoustics as ordinary words from the stage can be heard naturally by all 14.000 spectators. We'll also visit the citadel of Mycenae - through the famous Lion's Gate it takes us to the remains of the majestic palace of King Agamemnon, where he and his brother, King Menelaos of Sparta, organized the Trojan campaign. Rest of the day/evening in the charming town of Nafplion.

Cancellations: 91 days and over prior to departure – loss of per person deposit, 90 – 61 days prior to departure – 50% per person of the total trip cost, 60 – 31 days prior to departure 75% per person of the total trip cost, 30 – Day of departure/no show – 100% per person of the total trip cost.
Additional supplier penalties may apply depending on the date of cancellation.
Amendments: An administration fee of $135 per person may apply to any changes made to your booking once confirmed, including but not limited to changes in pre/post trip accommodation and transfers. Please note that name changes are not allowed and flight changes are subject to availability and airline policies.

Baggage Allowance & Porterage: Porterage of one suitcase per person is included in the trip price for arrival & departure from hotels in Europe.
