Costa Rica was spectacular but that was not what had me completely over the moon about this trip. I had asked Further Afield Travel and Tours to create a trip that would capture the essence of family. Further Afield Travel and Tours hit every nail on the head in the planning and excution of our vacation. All three of my adult children said it was the BEST family vacation ever!! We want to let you know how much we enjoyed our 13-day visit to Ireland. It is a country we have wanted to see for a long time and we were not disappointed. This was in no small measure due to the attention paid to every single detail by yourself and Further Afield Travel and Tours. From the time we were given our hotel room keys on our arrival at each destination to our return flight from Dublin, we couldn't have asked for more efficient and hospitable care.

You knew right from the start that we wanted to create memories, renew our vows with our children present and travelling with 5 is not always easy. You have exceeded every expectation and included some over the top surprises along the way. Florence, Siena, Rome, Sorrento and London. Hotels, tour guides, transportation, private cooking class in Tuscany, private tour and driver for the Vatican, rooftop views and the breathless Sorrento. Even from afar when we wanted to stay longer you waved that magic wand and made it happen. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you from all of us for making a dream a reality.
